I have a 1st and 2nd I was paying $1805.06 (1st) and $616.00(2nd) I got behind on my payment and also my property taxes. The 1st went up to $2465.00 the second remained the same. (That God) I call Homeq Servicing, for the first 10 calls they told me that they could not help me. At this time I was one month late. I call again and now I’m two months behind and no way to catch up. I was at my last hope with is company. I call one more time and was able to talk to the right person. To make a long story short, I was able to get a loan modification from both companies. My payment went down and also the interest rate. I’m so happy that this work for me. The process was not easy it took awhile but it happen. However, the only thing I did not like about loan modification is that if have any unpaid payment and/ or late charges that will be added to the new loan balance.

Did they change the terms of your loan to an arm? This is too risky
